Prices are based on the square foot and general cleanliness conditions of the dwelling as they exist before cleaning. Cleaning price quotes will be dependent on one of three categories; good, average or poor condition. The cleaner the house, apartment or business is will also determine the price of the quote. Houses cleaned by GermSafeSolutions with be inspection ready once completed.
Homes that have been kept up with regular routine cleaning. Kitchen appliances, cupboards, bathrooms, showers, windows, floors, walls, and baseboards relatively clean and stain free. Carpets only need a good vacuuming.
Homes that have been semi kept up with some cleaning but still have the need for some scrubbing. Kitchen appliances may have food debris, cupboards dusty with food particles left behind, bathrooms need a little extra attention in the shower/sink/toilet areas, windows and window sills haven’t seen attention for a while, floors may need extra scrubbing to remove left behind liquids, walls and baseboards may have marks or are dirty. Carpets need more than a good vacuuming and may need stains removed.
Homes that show signs of little to no up keep with regular cleaning. Kitchen appliances have food left in them, cupboards dirty, bathroom toilets, showers, sinks and floors need quite a bit of cleaning, windows and window sills dirtier than average, walls and floors need food or stains removed with extensive scrubbing. Carpets need shampooing and or stains/pet odors removed.
Prices are based on the square foot and the cleaning services requested. Business cleaning will include common area cleaning to include vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, bathroom care, windows cleaned, trash emptied, breakroom cleaned and all office furniture wiped down. Businesses may request a daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning price package.
